Interested in bringing your youth group to the Late Nighter?

Please follow the link below to fill out a form letting us know you’re interested!

We will get back to you to secure a $10/ticket deposit for your students. Final payment for your tickets will be 30 days prior to the event on October 14th.

The Late Nighter event is a volunteer-run event. This is how we can offer a low rate for Churches.

It will be required that you have at least a ratio of 1 leader for every 10 kids. In addition, the event team may ask your church to help in overseeing elements of the night.

Please give us your best estimate of students attending. Berea Ministries will bill each church the amount of tickets requested.

If more tickets are needed, please reach out to the Berea Ministries office.
